This is one of those games that even though Louisville won by double digits it didn’t really feel like a victory. Perhaps it’s because the last time these two teams played in January the Cards won by a healthy 42 point margin. Tonight the game was tied 35-35 halfway through the 3rd quarter and Louisville had to go on a run to even take a 7 point lead into the the 4th. Of course as Coach Stephanie Norman said after the game, “We didn’t play a very intelligent game tonight... but the great thing is at the end of the day we won.
