After trailing 36-22 at halftime and falling behind by 18 points in the second half, Louisville put together a strong fourth quarter to defeat IUPUI 70-61 on Sunday at the KFC YUM! Center.
Briahanna Jackson and Myisha Hines-Allen led the feverish second half comeback as Louisville outscored IUPUI by fifteen points in the final ten minutes of play.
Jackson scored 23 points on eight of 17 shooting from the field and pulled down five rebounds. The transfer from UCF hit a three-pointer as time expired in the third quarter to cut the Cardinals deficit to six points.
