It’s hard to believe it, but just like that the season for Louisville basketball’s Team 105 has come and gone. There were so many ups and so many downs in what was an overachieving season for new Louisville head coach Chris Mack and his roster that essentially was glued together for the 2018-2019 season.
Mack was left with just seven scholarship players after both Ray Spalding and Deng Adel hightailed for the 2018 NBA Draft and freshman forward Lance Thomas transferred to Memphis. The new head coach was left with just a few months to try and find three (up to five) scholarship players, ultimately bringing together three transfers, all from outside of the power five.
