After another winging week on the court, the Louisville Cardinals continue to climb in both polls. This week, the Cardinals defeated the Kennesaw State Owls (94-57) and the Western Kentucky Hilltoppers (78-56). There was no doubt the Cards would climb, but we were all wondering just how far they’d climb.
In the AP Top 25, Louisville clocks in at 16th; three spots higher than last week. In the Coaches’ Poll, the Cardinals came in at 15th; one spot higher than last week. Which means, for the fourth straight year, both Kentucky and Louisville will be ranked going into their rivalry game.
