After taking a drop in the polls last week, Louisville rises back up in the polls this week. Louisville comes in ranked 17th in the AP Top 25 and 16th in the USA Today’s Coaches’ Poll.
This week the Cardinals took on the 20th ranked Pittsburgh at home and walked out with a victory. Some would say that this is our first notable victory and it was definitely our first win over a top-25 team. After the 59-41 victory, fans knew that we would rise in the polls, but we didn’t know how far.
It starts to seem like we’re never going to get above that middle of the top-25 pack.
