Edgar Sosa is one of the most remembered point guards in Louisville basketball history. I grew up watching him play for Rick Pitino and always enjoyed how hard he played for the name across the front of his jersey.
In four seasons at Louisville, he started 92 games and averaged about 8 points a contest. He also shot 36% from behind the arc. However, he went undrafted in the 2010 NBA Draft and has bounced around Europe and the Middle East since then.
For the 2021-2022 season, he played for Zamalek, a professional basketball club in Giza, Egypt.
