Louisville baseball scored 32 damn runs in one game

The Louisville baseball team scored its most runs in a game and produced its largest margin of victory in a game since 1947 with a 32-1 stomping of Alabama A&M Friday night at Jim Patterson Stadium. The Cardinals last produced a more lopsided performance on April 18, 1947 when they routed Georgetown College, 42-1.

Headlining the onslaught was freshman third baseman Alex Binelas, who became the sixth U of L player ever and the first since 1998 to hit for the cycle.
