The Louisville baseball team will be the No. 7 overall seed for the 2019 NCAA tournament, which will kick off with regional play across the country next week.
Joining the Cards at Jim Patterson Stadium will be No. 2 seed Indiana (36-21), No. 3 seed Illinois State (34-24) and No. 4 seed Illinois Chicago (29-21). IU and Illinois State will play Friday at 2 p.m., with Louisville and Illinois-Chicago slotted for a 6 p.m. first pitch.
