After a year-long investigation, the NCAA concluded their investigation of the men’s basketball program. Surrounding allegations that former assistant Andre McGee paid for escorts to have sex and dance with recruits and players, the NCAA found four violations against U of L. The investigation began when self-proclaimed escort Katina Powell released her book Breaking Cardinal Rules: Basketball and the Escort Queen, in which she accused McGee of paying thousands of dollars and game tickets to Powell for her services.
