Louisville adds transfer tight end

By Dalton Ray–

The University of Louisville has landed ex-Texas A&M tight end Jordan Davis. The 6-foot-4 Houston native played in 10 games in 2015. He will have to sit out the 2016 season to due transfer rules.

Davis was rated a four-star recruit by ESPN and the seventh best tight end in the 2015 class. Coming out of high school Davis held offers from Texas, Florida State, Oklahoma and Auburn among others. In his single season with the Aggies he only played 97 snaps while catching two passes, one being a touchdown.

On February 24, Davis announced he would be transferring from the program.
