—The U of L women’s soccer team got the 2018-19 Cardinal sports season off to a great start Thursday night with an 8-1 trouncing of Wright State. Preseason All-American Emina Ekic netted two goals, as did freshman Maisie Whitsett.
—An early heads up for those of you making the trip to Orlando: We’ll be doing the Friday “Ramsey & Rutherford” show from 3-6 at the Tin Roof located at 8371 International Dr. Should be a fun way to kick off the weekend.
—With the exception of one throw, Teddy Bridgewater was fantastic Thursday night.
Someone needs to bite the bullet and make this man a starter because there aren’t 32 better quarterbacks in the NFL right now than Teddy.
