Former Louisville wide receiver Michaelee Harris has joined the coaching staff of the Miami Hurricanes, where he will serve as an offensive graduate assistant. Harris worked in a similar role on the Illinois staff last season.
Cardinal fans rarely got to see Harris at full strength. The former 4-star recruit who teamed up with Teddy Bridgewater at Miami Northwestern High School suffered multiple knee injuries that limited his effectiveness in college.
Harris’ best season came as a redshirt freshman in 2011, when he caught 37 passes for 455 yards and two touchdowns before a torn ACL kept him out of that season's Belk Bowl.
