The 2016 MLB Draft 5th Overall pick and former Louisville Cardinals outfielder, Corey Ray made his debut for the Brevard County Manatees over the past four games. According to MiLB, Ray is currently hitting .118 with 2 hits and 2 RBI in 4 games with the Brewer’s Advanced Class-A affiliate. Ray will be playing in the Florida State League this summer as he begins his career with the Milwaukee Brewers.
With two hits in his last three games, Ray should start to pick up where he left off at Louisville; hitting .310 with 15 Home Runs and 60 RBI’s in his junior season, according to the The Baseball Cube.
