A former U of L compliance officer said President James Ramsey “intentionally and knowingly” committed official misconduct, attempting to avoid enforcing conflict of interest rules.
First reported by The Courier-Journal, Robin Wilcox filed a lawsuit Feb. 29 about the issue. Wilcox also alleged Ramsey knew about misconduct allegations over a year before they were announced to the university.
