The best news Louisville football is likely to get all week came Monday, when Bobby Petrino announced during his weekly press conference that linebacker Dorian Etheridge suffered only an ankle sprain against Indiana State, and not anything more serious.
“So we got some good news on Dorian,” Petrino said. “We’re not sure where he will be for this weekend’s game, but we’re going to try and get him ready and prepare like he will play and then we’ll just have to see.”
Etheridge was a freshman All-American in 2017 when he notched 66 tackles, good for the second most on the team and the third most of any true freshman in the FBS.
