FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. – The ULM men's and women's cross country units finished 20th in their respective team standings at the conclusion of the Arkansas Chile Pepper Invitational, which took place on the University of Arkansas Experimental Farm course.
The top men's finisher for the Warhawks was Kiprotich Mitei, who completed the 8k race in a time of 26:26.5, while the ULM women were led by Edith Jebet, who posted a time of 19:17.2 in the 5k event.
Jebet was followed in the race by teammates Sharon Jerono (20:04.8) and Angela Jepchirchir (20:16.
