COOKEVILLE, Tenn. - Pushed by a career night from senior point guard , the ULM women's basketball team built as much as a 12-point second half lead before Tennessee Tech rallied for the 72-65 win Tuesday night at Hooper Eblen Center.
Fitch tallied career highs with 28 points and eight rebounds.
"She really battled," head coach said. "She led our team and put us in some really good positions offensively and defensively, she really slowed them down. They're a really good transition team. I thought she did a great job and slowed them down at times and took away some of their transition points.
