The Basics
The ULM indoor track and field team travels to Birmingham, Ala. to compete in the Sun Belt Conference Indoor Championships from Monday, Feb. 24 through Tuesday, Feb. 25.
There are seven teams including the Warhawks competing for the men and ten competing featured for the women. In 2024, the ULM men placed sixth and the women placed seventh.

Day one starts with the heptathlon and pentathlon at 10 a.m. and 10:20 a.m. At 1:30 p.m. is the women's weight throw, and at 3:15 p.m., the men's long jump begins.
