BIRMINGHAM, Ala. – The ULM beach volleyball team claimed its first win under the direction of head coach Charlie Olson on Friday, Feb. 28, when the Warhawks posted a decisive 5-0 victory over Eastern Kentucky at the Blazer Beach Bash hosted by UAB. ULM lost its opening match of the day to host UAB, 5-0.
In the second match of the day, ULM earned its first point when the fourth-seeded pair of Elizabeth Moreland and Abbie Elder came through with a 21-12, 21-6 win over Adria Hartley and Lindsey Wilkins.
