SAN MARCOS, Texas – The ULM soccer team (8-5-2, 2-2-2 SBC) took their second Sun Belt loss to Texas State (8-3-4, 4-0-2 SBC) in a gritty match on Sunday that boiled down to the final minutes. Down one at the half, the Warhawks were on the verge of a comeback after scoring two goals for the draw in the second half. Unfortunately, a last-minute game winner by the Bobcats kept Texas State in the win column.
The first half leaned in favor of the Bobcats, as they maintained 57% possession and scored the lone goal of the first 45 minutes.
