LAFAYETTE, La. – For the third consecutive year, the ULM men’s track & field program finished in fifth-place overall, while the women took 10th after three days of the 2016 Sun Belt Conference Outdoor Championships at the Ragin’ Cajuns Track Facility.
Sunday was highlighted by three silver medals and a bronze medal for the ULM men, who finished with 86 points. The women ended with 26 points, and 20 were scored by junior Adriunna Brown including a gold medal in the long jump on Saturday.
Defending SBC champion in the 400m, senior Andrew Tate took runner-up honors this year with a season-best time of 46.
