MONROE, La. – Little Rock picked up a goal in the 16th minute and added another off a free kick at the 70 minute mark to hold off the ULM soccer team, 2-0, Sunday afternoon at Brown Stadium.
"We're disappointed with this one today," ULM head soccer coach Sean Fraser said. "We cannot give people goals and expect to win. On the positive side, we dominated in some good moments at times today. The key is to build upon that as we move forward."
ULM had its first opportunity in the eighth minute when sophomore Juliette Reitsma fired a shot but Little Rock keeper Saskia Wagner made the save.
