MONROE, La. – The ULM tennis team (2-2) will continue spring play, hosting LSU-Shreveport on Thursday (Feb. 27) afternoon, starting at 1 p.m. in Heard Stadium. This is a rescheduled match, originally intended for January, but freezing temperatures moved it later in the season.
The Warhawks will be taking on the Pilots for the second-consecutive season. The last matchup between the teams was Jan. 26, 2024, opening the season at Heard Stadium with a 5-2 win over LSUS.
Most recently, ULM faced 1-20 foe Louisiana Tech, falling 1-6 in the dual match in Ruston. Lucia Jorrin Fernandez claimed the lone win for the Warhawks, with the Bulldogs picking up the doubles point and the other singles matches.
