MONROE, La. -- ULM head football coach Matt Viator announced today the addition of Scott Stoker to the Warhawk staff. Stoker will serve as the program’s linebackers coach.
Prior to joining ULM, Stoker spent the previous three seasons as the defensive coordinator at UTEP (2013-15).
Following the 2015 season, four different Miners defensive players earned All-Conference USA honors. Nick Usher, Alvin Jones and Jimmy Musgraves earned honorable mention honors, while Michael Lewis was named to the league’s All-Freshman team. As a unit, the UTEP defensive recorded 65 tackles for loss, 22 sacks and 12 turnovers.
