Hammond, La. - Southeastern Louisiana scored four runs in the fourth inning to break the game open and never let ULM closer than two runs the rest of the way in a 10-3 victory over the Warhawks on Tuesday night at Alumni Field.
The Lions opened the scoring with a two-RBI single by Nick Ray in the fourth inning, and added two more runs on a sacrifice fly and a throwing error on the relay throw to lead 4-0 after the fourth inning.
ULM added a pair of runs in the fifth with two-out singles from Ryan Humeniuk and Trent Tingelstad, scoring Braedon Barrett and Humeniuk respectively to trail 4-2.
