BIRMINGHAM, Ala. – The ULM baseball team attempted to dig itself out of a four-run hole on Friday afternoon against UAB, plating three runs in the top of the eighth inning before leaving the bases loaded to end the frame as the Warhawks fell 4-3 in the teams’ opening game of a weekend series.
