MONROE, La. – ULM head softball coach Molly Fichtner signed a three-year contract extension through the 2024 season, ULM Director of Athletics Scott McDonald announced.
"I'm overwhelmed with gratitude about my contract extension at ULM," Fichtner said. "The athletics program, university and community have brought me an unbelievable amount of joy since my first day on campus. We are going to continue building ULM softball brick by brick. We are just getting started on the bayou."
Fichtner's contract places her base salary at $65,000 with added annual graduated compensation increases. The contract also includes competition incentives.
