PRAIRIE VIEW, Texas -- The Louisiana Ragin' Cajuns women's tennis team completed the weekend sweep of a pair of Texas schools with a 7-0 victory at Prairie View A&M Sunday morning.
The Cajuns (2-0) begin the season with two wins in as many matches for the third consecutive campaign.
Senior Melissa Burckhartt, junior Alexandra Way and sophomores Kelly Drew, Abby Johnson, Elena Sava all improved to 2-0 in singles play with victories on Sunday.
Louisiana took all three doubles matches from Prairie View A&M.
