LAFAYETTE – Louisiana Women's Tennis will get its 2022 season underway on Saturday, Jan. 22, when it travels to Starkville, Miss., to face Mississippi State. The match is slated to begin at 3 p.m.
Saturday's contest is one of just two non-conference tilts on the schedule, the other coming on Saturday, Feb. 12, at McNeese.
Louisiana will looking to return Lucie Raquin to lead the charge this year. Raquin went 6-4 on the year in singles play, posting a 3-1 mark in the No. 4 spot. AK Harvey, Angel Santiago and Lana Brezanin are also returning from last year's team.
