LAFAYETTE, La. – Louisiana head football coach Billy Napier announced the of Troy Wingerter as the Director of Football Operations on Thursday. Wingerter has been a member of the Ragin' Cajuns football program since 1997.
"Troy brings great knowledge and experience of not only the football program, but also the Ragin' Cajun Nation and the University of Louisiana," Napier said. "He will be pivotal for myself and our new staff as we make this transition. He is one of our own with 27 years of investment and pride in this place.
