LAFAYETTE — Former LSU quarterback Anthony Jennings is in the early stages of seeking a transfer to Louisiana-Lafayette, but nothing official is yet in place according to a source familiar with the situation.
The Cajuns are still actively recruiting Jennings, and conversations have taken place regarding Jennings’ potential course work as a graduate student with the Cajuns.
If Jennings does transfer to the Cajuns it would be as a graduate transfer, meaning he’d be eligible to participate immediately. He is set to earn his degree from LSU later this summer, which could be causing a delay in the transfer becoming official.
