LAFAYETTE – Louisiana Women's Tennis (3-1) dropped its first match of the season, when in a match that started on Jan. 22, but was postponed due to weather, the Ragin' Cajuns fell 4-3 to the McNeese State Cowgirls (1-3), Wednesday afternoon at Cajun Courts.
Despite dropping the match Louisiana put up a fight across both days the match was competed, with junior Clara Mantaux and Dana Radovanovic pairing up to come back from being down 5-1 in doubles to win the doubles point for Louisiana back on Jan. 22. Mantaux carried her momentum into today's action winning her singles match in straight sets and freshman Ai Noa Fabre snagged a singles win as well.
