LAFAYETTE - Louisiana Men's Tennis (4-1) opened up Cajun Courts with a dominating doubleheader sweep of Alcorn State (0-2), 6-1; 4-0, to extend its winning streak to four straight matches on a chilly Sunday afternoon.
Sophomore Pierce Gilheany, clinched Louisiana's first win of the day, and junior Jamie Fraser locked up the second match with his second win of the day to help Louisiana's solid performance. Sophomore Dominik Koenig, had himself a solid day as well, winning two matches on the day.
HOW IT HAPPENED (FIRST MATCH): Louisiana got the day started with a sweep of the double point winning all three to grab the first point of the match.
