LAFAYETTE – Louisiana's road contest at in-state rival McNeese, scheduled for Dec. 18, has been added to the Cox Sports Television lineup in an announcement on Monday by the Southland Conference.
The game, which is scheduled for a 6:30 p.m. tipoff, will be the first televised game at the Cowboys' new on-campus Health and Human Performance Education Complex. Louisiana leads the all-time series against its I-10 rival, 58-35, and has won the last three meetings in the series, including an 89-78 victory in last year's meeting in Lafayette.
Cox Sports Television will broadcast the matchup to its regional audience.
