ORLANDO – Louisiana Football kicked off its bowl week festivities on Wednesday afternoon when it traveled to sunny Orlando, Florida, ahead of Saturday's 12:30 p.m. CT matchup with Tulane in the AutoNation Cure Bowl.
Louisiana arrived in the Sunshine State at 1 p.m. local time on Wednesday afternoon before making its way to the Loews Portofino Bay Hotel, its headquarters for the week. After a brief walk-through, the team took a short trip down the waterways to the bowl's welcome reception at the Orlando CityWalk, which featured both Louisiana and Tulane.
The 2018 edition of bowl week will be slightly different than what the Ragin' Cajuns are used to with Saturday's contest being the team's first bowl game outside of the state of Louisiana since the Oil Bowl on Jan.
