LAFAYETTE – Winners of two-straight and coming off a Sun Belt series win, the Louisiana baseball team continues its busy schedule when it hosts Northwestern State on Tuesday and travels to Tulane on Wednesday. Both games are set to begin at 6:30 p.m.
It was a busy weekend for the Ragin' Cajuns (9-11, 2-1), which saw history made in its three-game series at Little Rock with its hot bats. Hayden Cantrelle, who finished Week 5 11-for-21 at the plate with five RBI, hit three home runs in Saturday's game at Little Rock, making him the 10th player in school history to do so and the first since Michael Strentz hit three against ULM in 2014.
