NEW ORLEANS – Louisiana was unable to make its way back into Wednesday night's game after giving up two early home runs and eventually fell to Tulane, 7-3, at Greer Field at Turchin Stadium.
The Ragin' Cajuns (10-12, 2-1) had its chances throughout the contest, leaving nine runners on base, including four in the final four innings of the game.
Senior Kole McKinnon went 2-for-2 at the plate, with both of hits being two baggers, and produced two RBI. Fellow senior Orynn Veillon also recorded two hits and was scored twice by McKinnon.
