SAN ANTONIO – It took an entire weekend, with a round trip to College Station, Texas sandwiched in-between, but the Louisiana Ragin' Cajuns women's tennis team wrapped up what they had started on Friday, Feb. 9, with a commanding 4-0 win over the Incarnate Word Cardinals on Sunday at the Clarence Mabry Tennis Center.
The match had begun on Friday, Feb. 9, and the Cajuns had taken the doubles point before weather sidetracked the Cajuns from winning the day. Per ITA rules if a match can be restarted and completed within 48 hours, then that doubles point can be kept without having to start from zero.
