HOUSTON – The Louisiana Ragin' Cajuns women's tennis team started the week off with a morning loss to the No. 69 Houston Cougars, 4-0, at the Winston Tennis Facility in Houston, Texas.
The loss dropped the Cajuns record to 10-6, snapping a two-match winning streak, while Houston is now 13-1, winning their fifth straight match and improving to 9-0 at home.
HOW IT HAPPENED (Doubles): Houston grabbed the doubles point, and they started the day with a win at No. 2 when Alter and Mills beat Louisiana's freshmen duo of Floriane Picaut and Dana Radovanovic, 6-3.
