LAFAYETTE – Head coach Mark Hudspeth put his team through a physical, 22-period workout on Thursday as the Louisiana Ragin' Cajuns football team practiced in full gear for the first time during fall camp.
The Ragin' Cajuns practiced inside the Moncla Practice Facility for the first time during camp, continuing to install their offensive and defensive packages while focusing on the inside running game.
"The first day in pads and you can tell that the camp grind is starting to set in," Hudspeth said. "Bodies are getting sore, but the practice flowed pretty good with the exception of a couple of situations towards the end.
