LAFAYETTE – The Louisiana Ragin' Cajuns Baseball team will wrap up fall practice on Sunday when it travels to Baton Rouge to face LSU in a fall scrimmage beginning at noon at Alex Box Stadium.
The teams will play a pair of 8-inning contests with a 30-minute break in between. Admission is free.
Louisiana, which opened fall practice on Oct. 1, defeated Northwestern State, 7-4 in a 13-plus inning scrimmage on Oct. 31. The Ragin' Cajuns faced off in several intrasquad scrimmages during fall practice at M.L. "Tigue" Moore Field at Russo Park under third-year coach Matt Deggs.
