LAFAYETTE - As announced by the Office of the Governor on Tuesday, March 2, the state of Louisiana will move into Phase 3 of COVID-19 safety protocols and recovery, which impacts the game day experience for the Louisiana Ragin' Cajuns this spring.
Fans are reminded that while sport venues in the state can open their facilities up to a maximum of 50 percent of total capacity, social distancing protocols are still in place for where fans can be located, in-venue. Notably, with those considerations, Russo Park has been elevated to a 37-percent capacity.
In coordination with the State Fire Marshall, the Department of Athletics has been able to reopen for sale numerous seat locations within both Russo Park and Lamson Park.
