RUSTON – The trio of Alex Hamilton, Erik McCree and Dayon Griffin combined to score 46 of Louisiana Tech's 58 points in the second half and the Bulldogs rallied from a 10-point deficit to earn a 91-79 victory over the Louisiana Ragin' Cajuns in a non-conference game on Saturday at the Thomas Assembly Center.
Hamilton scored 30 points, grabbed 11 rebounds and handed out eight assists for Louisiana Tech (8-1), which shot 55 percent (18-for-33) from the floor in the second half after trailing 37-33 at halftime. McCree finished with 25 points on 10-of-19 shooting for the Bulldogs with Griffin adding 22 points after going 9-fof-10 from the floor and 4-for-4 from behind the 3-point line.
