OXFORD, Miss. – Junior Clara Mantaux collected a win in the Round of 32 in the Division II singles bracket to pace Louisiana Women's Tennis at the ITA Southern Regionals hosted by Ole Miss in Oxford, Mississippi.
MANTAUX LEADS THE CAJUNS: Mantaux began the day taking on Cristina Moll from Jacksonville University in the Round of 32 in the Division II singles bracket. Mantaux handled her business against Moll, winning the match in straight sets 7-5, 6-0 to move into the Round of 16.
In the Round of 16 Mantaux faced off with Tulane's Adelaide Lavery, who had a bye in the Round of 32, coming into her match against Mantaux fresh.
