MOBILE, Ala. - Louisiana Ragin' Cajuns freshman golfer Bjorn Gudjonsson had a strong showing on the first day of the Mobile Sports Authority Intercollegiate before play was suspended on Monday in the second round at the par 72, 7,212-yard Magnolia Grove Crossings Golf Course.
"It's good to finally get back on the course after taking over three months off," head coach Theo Sliman said. "Really pleased with the determination and toughness that Bjorn showed today. He didn't let the conditions affect his game and came out and put together a couple solid rounds before play was suspended.
