LAFAYETTE – Louisiana Ragin' Cajuns football coach Mark Hudspeth announced on Monday that former SMU receiver Ryheem Malone and New Orleans native Ca'Ron Baham have each transferred and will play for the Ragin' Cajuns in the 2017 season.

Both Malone and Baham will have to sit out the 2016 season to observe the NCAA Transfer Rule. Baham, a two-year letterwinner, will have two years of eligibility remaining while Baham, who signed with Pac-12 member Colorado, will have four years remaining.

Malone, a native of Houston, Texas, played in 17 career games at SMU while catching 23 passes for 258 yards and two touchdowns last season.
