LAFAYETTE – Louisiana Ragin' Cajuns head football coach Mark Hudspeth announced on Thursday that former LSU quarterback Anthony Jennings signed a grant-in-aid to play for the Ragin' Cajuns in the 2016 season.
Jennings, who will have one season of eligibility remaining, played in 24 games with 13 starts in three seasons at LSU. During his career, Jennings posted a 9-4 record as a starting quarterback with four fourth-quarter comebacks.
"We are excited about Anthony joining our program and competing for the starting quarterback position this fall," Hudspeth said. "He has been a starting quarterback in the SEC and he led his team to nine wins.
