LAFAYETTE - Louisiana Ragin' Cajuns fans do not have to wait until football season kicks off to display University spirit.
They will get their chance a day early during College Colors Day on Friday, Aug. 31.
The annual event is celebrated by many of the nation's colleges and universities to drum up excitement. Supporters are urged to wear school colors and apparel. This year's theme is "Unleash Your Colors."
University supporters, students, faculty and staff members are encouraged to wear Ragin' Cajuns apparel and dress in Vermilion and White throughout the year.
"College Colors Day happens once a year.
