NEW ORLEANS – In their final match before the Sun Belt Conference Women's Tennis Championships, the Louisiana Ragin' Cajuns women's tennis team lost to the Tulane Green Wave, 4-1, Friday afternoon at the UNO Tennis Center.
The loss wraps up the Cajuns regular season and they finish with a record of 14-10. While the Green Wave extend their winning streak to four matches, improving their record to 12-10.
Despite not getting a win in singles, Louisiana did get two wins in doubles, with the freshmen pairing of Morgan Forshag and Floriane Picaut snagging a win along with the Cajuns best doubles duo in 2018, senior Kelly Drew and sophomore Marina Rodriguez Garcia.
