COLLEGE STATION, Texas – Louisiana's Jeryl Brazil capped off an impressive indoor season as he finished 15th overall in the men's 60-meter dash at the 2018 NCAA Indoor Track and Field Championships on Friday at the Gilliam Indoor Stadium on the Texas A&M campus.
Brazil clocked a time of 6.87 seconds in the preliminaries for the Ragin' Cajuns to finish 15th overall and earn second-team All-America honors. The Loranger, La., native became the first indoor track and field All-American for the Ragin' Cajuns since Justin Victor in 2014 and became the first sprinter to claim All-America honors since Larry Moore in 1992.
